All clients receive a web-based event planning portal to keep their event information secure and organized. You’ll have direct access to our music database of millions of possible song requests, sorted by: artist, title, most popular, genre, specialty song type (i.e. cake cutting songs, first dance songs, etc), and top hits for each decade (1940’s to current).

There’s never lost paperwork or confusion when you and your DJ are using the same planning tools!

For your own peace of mind, in the unlikely event of an emergency, your DJ has a dedicated backup entertainer that, at a moment’s notice, can access your paperwork without added stress or coordination.

Need help with music requests, ceremony music or cocktail/dinner music ideas? We’re here for you.. we’ll help you with every detail when it comes to your day-of music and timeline planning, and our online portal will keep it organized. You can even print your contract, custom timeline, and music requests as PDFs to share with family, friends, and other vendors.
